A proud graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery — one of Asia's most prestigious medical institutions — Dr. Ladlad earned his degree with honors in 1967. He went on to complete rigorous residency training at some of Chicago's most respected care institutions, including the Cook County Health and Hospitals System, where he built an unshakeable foundation in patient-centered care.
Dr. Ladlad founded Ace Home Care Niles with a single guiding belief: that every senior deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and independence in the place they love most — their own home. Under his leadership, the Niles team delivers personalized, compassionate home care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supported by licensed and background-checked caregivers who reflect his own standard of excellence.
